Marceau was in the area Monday speaking to college students at Leech Lake Tribal College in Cass Lake and at BSU. He delivered a presentation Monday evening at BSU’s American Indian Resource Center titled “From a Tribal College to a PhD. Unique Perspectives and Challenges.”
