FLAGS AT OCETI SAKOWIN CAMP

Editor’s Note: During the spring, 2018 American Indian Higher Education Consortium Student Conference in Bismarck, North Dakota, Tribal College Journal conducted a series of interviews with tribal college students, staff, administrators, and faculty who had gone to Standing Rock during the historic movement to stop the Dakota Access Pipeline. Just over a year after the Oceti Sakowin camp was closed, interviewees shared their experiences and discussed what it meant for them.
