• Tribal College Faculty: The demographics

    The experience and composition of tribal college faculty is an important concern. The authors discuss how survey data on the characteristics of instructors may help shape instructional staff development and future faculty recruitment efforts. The authors will also propose development of mentoring programs for tribal members and other native American students attending tribal colleges to become faculty members at tribal colleges.
